Bob began working as the IT Manager for Schwarz Insurance in 2000, he holds a certification in data processing.

Bob grew up in Wisconsin Dells and attended the University of Wisconsin - Platteville.

Bob has six children and many grandchildren, he enjoys working on his hobby farm, volleyball, watching his grand-children's activities and helping out at his church.
